Utah County is a ballroom mecca. Over 40 elementary, middle, and high school programs exist offering classes, clubs, and performance and competition teams. Students from these public school programs have gone on to teach in schools and studios, compete on university teams on scholarship, and perform across the globe.
AVAILABLE SCHOOL PROGRAMS
ELEMENTARY
Through partnered ballroom dance movement, children learn mutual respect, and social skills useful throughout their lives.
JUNIOR HIGH
Students explore ballroom dance in an enjoyable, self-esteem building environment. They will learn respect for themselves and others as they gain self-confidence in a nurturing, yet challenging setting.
HIGH SCHOOL
Students learn fundamental skills for International Style Ballroom and Latin dancing. Students build strength, balance, and movement quality. Students can further prepare for competitive experiences through master classes. These opportunities prepare the student for future scholarship at a University level.
